Phase One | Design Consultation

Start by filling out our contact form—this helps us get to know you and your vision. Next, we’ll schedule a discovery call to learn more about your lifestyle, design goals, and what inspires you. If we’re aligned, we’ll move forward with an in-home consultation where we’ll explore your style preferences, the project scope, desired timeline, and budget. This meeting lays the groundwork for a successful and collaborative design experience.
If you choose to move forward, we’ll formalize the process with a signed contract and a 50% retainer—then it’s time to bring your vision to life.
Phase Two | Space Planning + Design Development
This is where the vision starts taking shape. During this dynamic phase, we dive into the details of your interior design concept through thoughtful research and development. We begin by crafting detailed floor plans and collaborating with our trusted network of professionals to source materials, fixtures, and furnishings tailored to your space. A curated design board is then presented, showcasing selected furniture, finishes, and decor elements. Every detail—from layout to lighting, textiles to the final coat of paint—is thoughtfully considered. This is the exciting moment where your space begins to come to life.
Phase Three | Design Proposal Estimate + Design Presentation
With a clear understanding of your needs, style, and goals, Phase Three is where your personalized design direction truly takes form. We take everything we've learned from the consultation and space planning phase to craft two thoughtfully curated design concepts for your space. Each concept is carefully developed to reflect your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs—while offering unique approaches to layout, furnishings, materials, and finishes.
Alongside these design concepts, we provide a comprehensive Design Proposal Estimate. This estimate outlines the anticipated investment for furniture, fixtures, materials, and design services, giving you a clear picture of what to expect from each path.
Once both design options and their corresponding estimates are complete, we schedule a Design Presentation to walk you through each concept in detail. This is an exciting and collaborative meeting where you'll see your space begin to take shape. You'll review mood boards, material samples, floor plans, and visual mockups that bring each option to life.
After discussing both proposals, you’ll have the opportunity to select the design that resonates most with your vision. From here, we’ll make any necessary refinements based on your feedback to ensure every element feels just right.
Phase Four | Interior Installation + Design Completion
With your chosen design finalized, it’s time to bring the vision to life. You’ll take the lead in purchasing furnishings and coordinating deliveries, following the curated selections and guidance we’ve provided. To support you through this stage, we offer optional add-on services including on-site installation coordination and styling—ensuring each piece is placed with care and every detail is picture-perfect. Once your space is fully complete, we’ll schedule a professional photoshoot to capture the transformation. All that’s left is for you to settle in and enjoy a home that feels uniquely yours.
