Interior Design Consultation
The initial consultation is the first step in the design process and sometimes all you will need. We discuss your vision, your needs, your likes and dislikes for space, budget, and time frame, and then make recommendations with professional expertise to achieve your ideal space. We will take a tour of the spaces virtually to be decorated or renovated and address your design dilemmas. At the end of the consultation, we will review our design process and sign a Letter of Agreement, if you wish to move forward with our services.

Furniture placement suggestions
Window treatment suggestions
Suggestions on accessorizing and styling
Built-ins, proportions, scale, and balance discussions
Paint Colour selection
May include rough sketches to demonstrate concepts and ideas

No actual design work is completed during meetings.
Design consultation is necessary before purchasing our 3D design services.
How it works:
Schedule a discovery call.
I will invoice you for the Design consult.
Once payment is received, I will email you a welcome package and a link to the design questionnaire for you to complete and return to us 48 hours prior to our meeting.
After the consult:
You could implement all the ideas on your own.
OR
You could book our 3D design Services by purchasing a design package suitable to your needs.
OR
Book a Designer for a day service.
Investment: $400 plus HST for up to 2 hours.*
