E- Design Service Disclaimer Policy

 Thank you for choosing an e-design service by Jenny Chohan Interiors. Please read the following carefully before moving forward with your purchase. Refunds are available up to 48 hours of payment for your Room Package. This means that we will not begin working on your Room Package until after this grace period. Your signature is required for having read and understand what is contained in this document. Jenny Chohan Interiors will use affiliate links for some products that are sourced through retail. If you click the link provided and order the product, Jenny will receive a small commission for recommending it at no cost to you. 

Measurements:

 Jenny Chohan Interiors will use the measurements and pictures that are supplied by the client. These will then be coupled with your additional information regarding inspiration and function goals to personalize your space. Jenny Chohan Interiors assumes NO liability and confirming that the selections fit in your space. However, she will use every resource available to ensure that they are the best match and provide the best possible service with the information provided by the client. Please ensure that the final selections will fit properly before moving forward with ordering. 

Ordering and Construction:

Jenny Chohan Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the e-design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates. 

Hours Of Operation:

Jenny Chohan Interiors will be available for questions between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. EST. Monday through Friday. Any questions after 3 p.m. will be answered the following day. Email or Facebook Messenger via the client portal  are the best forms of communication to keep everything together and the project running smoothly.

Social Media:

Unless client provides a written notice stating that it is not okay for Jenny Chohan to share the concept boards, renders, before and afters or other project images on social media accounts, marketing or website, then Jenny has permission to share the images. If the client shares them on social media or your website please give credit to Jenny Chohan Interiors. Images will have the company logo for social media posts.
